Vicky is a seasoned facilitator, ICF professional certified coach (PCC) and a certified Enneagram, EQ & Resilience trainer. She is enthusiastic in cultivating talent and leaders with self-awareness, multi-perspective taking mentality, resilience and coaching competencies to build agile and collaborative teams.

She is certified in Theory U and advanced Social Presencing Theatre (SPT) and is capable of leading and supporting transformation projects via SPT. Vicky has over 16 years of management experience, specialising in product management and business planning and has worked for IT&T, as well as in health management insurance and the health management sectors. She provides consulting services to facilitate strategic meetings for product planning and development.
