Phyllis has over 18 years of experience as a personal and team development facilitator, having worked for organisations such as Outward Bound Hong Kong, Scout Association of Hong Kong, and Hong Kong Award for Young People, among other youth services organisations. She’s had extensive training experience in various industries, e.g. banking, telecommunications and IT, real estate agency, retail and education.

Phyllis is passionate about people development and is a corporate trainer, facilitator and a coach. She believes people have unlimited potential. Phyllis likes to have fun and to inspire people to have a healthy and enjoyable life, personally and professionally. She specialises in experiential learning, team building and team development.
