Raised in Hong Kong, Monica has a deep love for Asia and the great outdoors. She’s grateful for the opportunity to build a life, career and community here. Monica is passionate about the work she does as a facilitator, and leadership and life coach.

People matter to Monica. One of her fundamental beliefs is that people are good. Her passion lies in supporting and developing individuals, teams and communities to understand themselves better and live lives where they are true to themselves.

Monica brings 20 years of HR experience with a specialisation in Talent Management, Leadership Development and Facilitation, Coaching, and Diversity and Inclusion. Her industry experience includes professional services, communications, technology, insurance, finance, non-profit. Her career has spanned the following markets: UK, Australia, Switzerland, South East Asia (Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand).

Monica has led teams of up to 20 people, (inside and outside of organisations), motivated and engaged teams, driven change management programs and sat on multiple senior executive teams across different organisations. Her drive, energy, and ability to adapt and empathise has led to a successful international career in HR, leadership development and training facilitation, and a new career as a leadership and life coach.

She loves to connect people and with people in different contexts - sports teams, socially, organisationally. When she’s not working, you may find her hiking or open water swimming - activities that nourish her soul.
