Delivery Consultant

Born and brought up in Hong Kong, Linda has traveled extensively and has lived in Australia, France, Spain, the UK, and the US. This cultural diversity afforded her the fortunate foundation to build rapport and trust with people from varied backgrounds.

Linda’s passion is to empower individuals, teams and organisations to grow and improve, reach their potential, identify goals and achieve their desired performance outcomes in a safe and positive environment. She has 22 years’ experience in facilitating, training, and coaching with teams in Sales, eBusiness, and Loyalty across sectors including teaching, charities, hospitality, and aviation.

Linda has worked with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, where many of the goals are close to her heart, particularly quality education, gender equality, reducing inequality and peace, justice, and strong institutions. Linda incorporates her understanding into her facilitation in order to provide balance and success.

Her facilitation benefits from many personal experiences, from working with ‘People with Disabilities in Australia, ‘The Diabetic Association’ in London, and having a brother who is disabled. Understanding what makes people different, and embracing those individual attributes, is what Linda draws on to help businesses excel.

Linda has developed and delivered training for staff from extensive backgrounds, ethnicities, and religions, using her skills to help them grow and achieve leadership positions. She has also driven Crisis Support Training Programmes, and coached many sales teams to success, both in UK and Europe.

Linda obtained her BA (Hons) in the UK and spent a year teaching in France which initiated her aspiration to help others learn, realise their talents, and make sustainable positive change in their lives.
