Lauren runs training, workshops, management sessions, and 1:1 coaching. She works with people to recognise and emphasise their own communication and skillset strengths. She uses her passion, skills and knowledge to contribute a high value for teams.

With over two decades of international corporate and comedy experience, Lauren uses improv as a foundation in life and work. It enables collaboration and supports communication across languages, geography and teams. Improv allows us to see and then use the present resources of ourselves or an organisation.
