She has a strong corporate background with over 20 years experience as a HR Director working mainly in UK, Europe and Asia. This commercial background ensures that she brings an innovative and results-focused approach to her delivery.

Karen has facilitated and coached people in over 20 countries and is comfortable working in small groups, with individuals, and with large groups of 300+. She offers pro-bono facilitation and coaching and also works with an organisation leading women’s rights and gender equality in Singapore.
