Embracing diversity, a curious mind and a love of learning is what drives Christine, who has worked and resided in Hong Kong, Melbourne, Macau, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai. This exposure has been crucial in her ability to be adaptable, empathetic and open-minded. She believes that greater self-awareness, adopting a mindset of curiosity and strengthening human connections are keys to success.

Christine facilitates a diverse range of workshops – from Partnering to Leadership Development, from Strategic Planning to Team Development. Proficient in utilizing an experiential approach and diverse processes in the workshops, she focuses on setting a high level of energy and creating a safe environment for conversations and learning. To elevate collaboration and trust within teams, she is able to adopt Team Coaching and Action Learning processes to focus on the individual’s learning as well as team dynamics.

In addition to facilitation, she is also a certified Executive Coach and currently works with middle management executives globally. Her coaching philosophy is to focus on the ‘Who’ rather than just the ‘What’ to foster self-awareness and relationships.
