Chloe has designed and delivered multiple in-house training and development programmes, spanning a variety of sectors and topics, including customer service, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and business editorial skills.

She has spent over 15 years in marketing and communications as a writer and consultant, and many years on stage as an actor, all transferrable skills she brings to facilitation.

Having lived in the United Kingdom, France, South Africa, and now Hong Kong, it comes naturally to Chloe to work within diverse cultures with people from all backgrounds.

After obtaining her BA (Hons) and MA in Philosophy with Creative Writing, from the University of London, she spent the next decade working in marketing and communications, primarily as an editorial manager and marketing consultant.

Chloe spends much of her spare time acting in theatrical productions, which is why she decided to combine her passion for acting with her natural ability to facilitate and lead others in a pedagogical environment.
