In her roles as consultant with Actualize and Founder of Infinite Potential Ltd, supporting people’s growth and development journey is at the heart of everything Charlotte does.

In her coaching and facilitation interactions, she focuses on enabling others to gain more self-awareness, expand possibilities and ultimately gain the skills and mindset to achieve their personal and professional development goals.

Charlotte believes that approaching life with a mindset of curiosity, openness and a desire to learn is what drives continuous personal growth. The ability to effectively communicate is one of the most important skills we can always work on.

Charlotte has over 13 years of corporate experience in the UK and Hong Kong. Before facilitating training, she held regional and global roles across marketing, comms and business transformation in the Financial Services and FMCG industries. 


After a career transition into the Learning & Development function, Charlotte first managed a team focusing on the operational side of managing and monitoring trainings. She knew she had found the career for her when she began facilitating trainings in the area of leadership and soft skills, pulling together her passion for communication and transformation.
