Carole has over 25 years of experience in coaching and facilitation. She is passionate about creating specialised training solutions for organisations looking to develop more inclusive leaders, create inclusive cultures, work with unconscious bias, build coaching cultures and enhance overall communications.

She has coached senior level and C-Suite leaders from over 40 different globally-based nationalities on: transitioning into senior roles, inspiring teams, managing stakeholders, creating inclusive teams, enhanced communication and executive presence. She provides training and mentoring for coaches working towards International certification.
