Vivien is a passionate learning facilitator with a focus on enabling learners to gain a better understanding of themselves and their potential. She has delivered workshops and coached over 2,000 participants from local and global enterprises in both the education and public sector.

Vivien has over 15 years of experience in both the commercial and consumer markets within Fortune 500 and listed organisations. In her role as head of learning and development function, she was responsible for the full spectrum of L&D activities, including planning and execution of training solutions, talent development programmes, succession planning, team building and skills training.

Her exposure and diverse background has enabled Vivien to design and deliver appropriate learning interventions and to effectively facilitate individual and team development.
