Sonya is an enthusiastic facilitator and educator with a background in teaching and events management. She has mentored and trained teams during a 15-year career in Asia Pacific. She’s organised, creative, and a problem-solver who can respond quickly to unexpected challenges.

Sonya grew up and went to university in Canada where she trained as a teacher before moving to Hong Kong in 1997 to teach at an international school. Later she worked with a leading creative events company before starting her own event production business. Sonya has since produced a wide range of private and corporate events in Hong Kong specialising in destination events across Asia Pacific.

Having managed multiple projects and vendors in a variety of locations over the years, Sonya thrives on working with people and creating fun, meaningful experiences that bring people together.
