Executive Director

Clare has over 25 years’ experience working with multinational companies and charitable organisations globally. She began my career in Human Resources and Executive Search in the UK, Channel Islands and Hong Kong. For the past eight years she has worked in leadership consulting.

She specialises in maintaining client relations and account management within the company. Building long-term relationships, developing meaningful partnerships and providing professional consultancy to organisations is Clare’s key focus and has allowed her to meet and work with amazing, inspirational and passionate people from different cultures, backgrounds and countries.
