Case Study: BNP Paribas APAC Graduate Program

The Brief

The requirement was to help transition BNP Paribas’ APAC 2022 graduates into their respective teams within the bank. A cohort of 85 talented graduates were selected from more than 6,000 applicants across the region.

The Desired Learning Outcomes

The aim of the program was to equip graduates with the soft skills required to connect with and adopt the bank’s values and purpose as they joined the workforce. This would give them the confidence to effectively communicate and network with others of all band levels, as well as to successfully navigate the challenges in this volatile and uncertain world.

The Program

The two-day program, which ran simultaneously in Hong Kong and Singapore, was designed around the bank’s values. Four half-day workshops featured material relevant to Agility, Client Satisfaction, Compliance Culture, and Openness. As with all Actualize programs, this event featured much practice of the various models shared in the session. The aim here was two-fold: to help the graduates find their ‘sweet spot’ in how they used the models, and to help them build authentic connections with each other.

Feedback

“Love the event – wasn’t expecting so much fun!”

“I was sceptical about this training, but it far exceeded my expectations.”

“Thanks for the tough work.”

“I loved that it was so interactive.”

“It made me step out of my comfort zone.”
